Swisslog doubles UK sales team in readiness for 2024
Swisslog has doubled its sales force in the UK in anticipation of another successful year in 2024, as the company prepares to continue delivering excellence in logistics automation solutions and services.
Introducing several new team members in 2023, Swisslog is well equipped to support new and existing customers with supply chain challenges.
Marcus Uprichard joined Swisslog as Head of Sales AutoStore North and leads the AutoStore Sales team for the UK and Nordics.
With a sales leadership background and 20 years’ experience across different industries, Marcus brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong track record.
Steve Dewey, Sales Manager (AutoStore Europe), is responsible for Swisslog's AutoStore business in the UK.
Equipped with an engineering degree from the University of Nottingham and years of logistics experience, Steve brings a fresh perspective to the Swisslog team.
Phil Houghton also joined as Sales Manager, with a focus on Swisslog’s integrated logistics solutions.
With more than 30 years’ experience in automation, including many years working with leading 3PLs building and implementing technical warehouse solutions, he is set to drive the success of Swisslog’s existing and future UK customers.
