Swisslog vice president of e-commerce and retail, Mitch Hayes, predicts that the gold standard for e-grocery pick-up and delivery will be around 24 hours. This will largely be determined by the grocer’s ability to condition consumers on what is a realistic expectation for successful e-grocery fulfillment.
