Verantwoordelijkheden
- To provide management oversight and demonstrate responsibility and ownership of the allocated customer site
- Manage a team of 5 resident engineers
- Ensure that all work is carried out to a satisfactory level as per the Service Level Agreement for the customer
- Coach and mentor your team and be a positive role model. Ensure effective management of shift cover rota, holidays and sickness cover
- To take responsibility for all installation and commissioning issues, site safety and site administration
- Able to perform hands on electromechanical maintenance when needed
- Ensure that the Company’s and customers safety regulations are followed at all times, and report any anomalies immediately
- Working with the customer to plan and implement all service schedules ensuring that all schedules are kept up to date and any changes are communicated to the relevant customer contact
Vaardigheden
- Further education in electrical / mechanical / automation engineering
- Experience managing a team of electrical and mechanical engineers
- Knowledge of automated equipment is desirable
