Swisslog names Ben Lee vice president of sales, Integrated Solutions

Swisslog, leading provider of best-in-class warehouse automation and software, has announced Ben Lee as the company’s new VP of sales, Integrated Solutions, for the Americas region. In this position he will help Swisslog further align its innovative software and automation solutions with customers’ unique needs to meet their business objectives.

Before joining Swisslog, Ben was the vice president of sales and application engineering for SSI Schaefer, where he led a comprehensive team, including key account management, IT consulting and application engineering. While with the company, he transitioned the teams to a strategic selling approach.

Prior to that, he was director of North America national accounts for KION Group, where he was responsible for leading a sales team of strategic key account managers that oversaw the business of the company’s most valuable North American customers.

Ben has extensive experience building out and managing highly efficient sales organizations where accountability and transparency are at the foundation. He is a results-oriented, hands-on leader who takes an active role in strengthening customer relationships, getting out in the field and listening to their challenges, concerns and needs. 

Through daily interactions with customers he will help determine which of Swisslog’s best-in-class robotics solutions and software best fit their operational needs and business objectives. This includes Vectura pallet stacker cranes, PowerStore high-density shuttle system, CycloneCarrier shuttle system, ACPaQ automated mixed case palletizer, AutoStore and SynQ management software.
