- You work alongside the recruitment strategy for EMEA, including job posting and recruiting marketing channel development
- You ensure the filling of your assigned positions including pre selection and initial interviews
- You act as a reliable Active Sourcer and attract the best people to Swisslog
- Our cooperation partners and headhunters are managed closely by you
- Local HR and Line Manager are your partners as well as your customers - and you know how to handle it
- By market monitoring you ensure, that we start necessary initiatives on time
Bring to the team
- You have completed your studies with a focus on HR, Business Administration or technical background
- Active Sourcing is your passion
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
- Building up strong candidate relations is key for you
- You have a good network for candidate sourcing, ideally within Software recruitment
- Fluent English and German skills round off your profile, other languages are a benefit
