You will work within the department of Fields Service Nordic, with responsibility for
Norway and Finland as part of a team of 9 people, all responsible for supplying our customers with the best service and ensuring strong customer relationships. You will ensure that existing contracts with our customers are managed effectively.
The successful candidate is also involved in people management activities such as resource planning, motivation, coaching, coordination and performance management.
As a Field service Manager you will be a regional process owner as well as owner of other Service related tools (calculation, resource planning, maintenance plans) and pursue new business opportunities as and when they arise
Bring to the team
We believe that the successful candidate has previous experience of managing a team and several years of working experience in an industrial environment as electrician, mechanic or similar role. We find it meritorious if you also you a certificate in Safety & Health regulations and experience in setting and controlling budgets.
Applicants must communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all different stakeholders, both internal and external. You have a relationship-building approach and understand the importance of building long term and strong relationships.
To succeed in this role it is important that you have good writing and speaking skills in Norwegian and English.
