Swisslog implemented a 52,000+ bin AutoStore system, supported by 57 Black Line robots, designed to handle larger bins that allow vinyl records to be stored vertically, preventing damage. Custom bin inserts enabled each bin to hold up to 16 SKUs, maximizing storage efficiency and warehouse space utilization.
