Responsibilities
- Du erstellst und entwickelst Schulungsmaterialien wie Texte, Skripte und Illustrationen für alle Lebensphasen unserer Intralogistikprodukte – basierend auf Produkt- und Systemdokumentationen sowie aktuellen Weiterentwicklungen. Dabei achtest Du auf die Einhaltung relevanter Standards und Normen.
- Du wirkst bei der Definition technischer Schulungsprogramme für unsere Intralogistikprodukte mit – immer orientiert an den geschäftlichen Anforderungen.
- Du führst Schulungsveranstaltungen für interne und externe Kunden durch und gestaltest sie aktiv mit – zum Beispiel als Präsenz-Workshops in Lager- oder Testumgebungen, in Schulungsräumen, als Webinare oder E-Learning-Kurse.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Projektumsetzung und -entwicklung vor Ort zusammen.
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere Vorlagenstrukturen, Arbeitsabläufe und unterstützenden Tools – und bringst Dich aktiv in die Entwicklung neuer Kommunikationsmethoden ein.
- Du verwaltest unsere Schulungen im Learning Management System.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Verwaltung von Übersetzungsaufträgen.
Application Requirements
- Du verfügst über pädagogische Fähigkeiten und hast Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben.
- Du bist bereit, für Schulungen oder Projektabstimmungen auch Dienstreisen zu übernehmen.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit und kannst Dich schnell in komplexe Themen einarbeiten.
- Du beherrschst Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; idealerweise kennst Du Dich auch mit der Adobe Technical Suite aus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und präzise – Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität stehen für Dich an erster Stelle.
