Responsibilities
- Planlegging og rapportering av service- og vedlikeholdsaktiviteter
- Koordinering av System Operations (SO) team og støtte til etablering av nytt team
- Oppfølging av SLA, KPI og leveransekvalitet mot kunde
- Spare parts management i Agility og SAP
- Utarbeidelse av ytelses-, drifts- og servicerapporter
- Samarbeid med eksterne leverandører av reservedeler og tjenester
- Kundekommunikasjon, forventningsstyring og eskalering ved behov
- Støtte til site-baserte team og sikre god informasjonsflyt
- Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring av prosesser, drift og leveransekapasitet
Application Requirements
- Har god teknisk forståelse
- Har erfaring med vedlikeholdsplanlegging eller service delivery
- Har gode muntlige og skriftlige kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk
- Er komfortabel med å jobbe med data, rapporter og digitale systemer
- Har erfaring med CMMS/ERP (SAP, Agility IFS el.l.) – fordel, ikke krav
- Tidligere erfaring med personal ledelse er en - fordel, ikke krav.
- God og praktisk opplæring tilpasset din bakgrunn
