Application Requirements

What you need to succeed To join us in our Global Software Trainee Program, you’ll need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or equivalent.   Those Swissloggers who succeed in Software Engineering have:  
  • A passion for the different aspects of software development life cycle (such as programming (with JAVA or other object-oriented language), requirement engineering and software testing. 
  • An open-minded fascination with the latest innovations and trends in programming.    
  • You are enthusiastic about traveling (office and site-based) and enjoy contributing to a great team spirit.
