Provide onsite customer support and maintenance to customer site in Hutchins, TX. Perform day to day activities of automated material handling system at customer location. Responsibilities include maintaining advanced material handling equipment such as pallet stacker cranes, conveyors and robotics systems through performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, and operator maintenance and user training. Provide support to customer through understanding of software used for WMS.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain and repair installed systems on day-to-day basis.
  • Troubleshooting and error recovery of system for issues that are solved with SynQ, Cranebox and Conveyorbox.
  • Conduct Training on SynQ, Cranebox and Conveyorbox.
  • Create SOP’s and procedures for operations.
  • Participate in ticket review meetings when on shift.

Application Requirements

  • Vocational school, related military experience, or job experience equivalent
  • Focus on software, data analysis and product flow.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a technical service environment inclusive of strong use of software systems, data analysis with use of Warehouse Management Systems in understanding product flow.
  • Address problems and provide proactive solutions that quickly returns systems to an operational status.
  • High level of motivation and sound work ethic
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with the ability to be flexible and adapt well to change.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills are required.
  • Computer literate in all MS Office products,
  • Ability to work independently
