In addition, will also support standardization of sales documentation and tools.

Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Support Sales team in oversight of all services offered / required by existing customers
  • Support Sales team in fostering business relationship between existing customer and Swisslog
  • Support Sales Team in playing a key role in the development of a high level of customer satisfaction, generating new service business opportunities, and sales of service products
  • Exercise independent judgment and analytical skills to resolve customer requests with minimal assistance

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
  • Strong Microsoft skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
