Responsibilities
- Support Sales team in oversight of all services offered / required by existing customers
- Support Sales team in fostering business relationship between existing customer and Swisslog
- Support Sales Team in playing a key role in the development of a high level of customer satisfaction, generating new service business opportunities, and sales of service products
- Exercise independent judgment and analytical skills to resolve customer requests with minimal assistance
Application Requirements
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
- Strong Microsoft skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated presentation skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
