Responsibilities
- Gather information, draft proposals, and meet all process requirements (deadlines, documentation, etc.) in response to bid solicitations, RFPs, and tenders to maximize the chances of contract award.
- Edit documents according to organizational guidelines and maintain accurate records and case files in compliance with statutory requirements and local policies.
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.
- Analyze cost and project data, monitor budgets, track work progress, and manage supplier payments to control costs and ensure value, escalating large variances.
- Prepare quotations and estimates for complex projects, ensuring accurate costs and resource allocation within the defined pricing framework.
- Analyze and assess risks related to products, applications, new business areas, and the market to quantify and ensure they align with the agreed risk appetite.
- Lead and coordinate the closure of midsize to large programs, ensuring a smooth transition to business as usual and capturing lessons learned for future reference.
- Lead a small to medium-sized project team, communicate project goals, guide team activities, manage member integration, and enhance team capabilities through training and mentoring.
- Manage the project review process by providing stakeholders with accurate information and recommendations at key milestones to assess progress and approve changes. Conduct audits to ensure work meets quality standards and compliance requirements, identifying necessary improvements and process adjustments.
Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in proposal management.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strategic and result oriented mindset.
