Responsibilities
- Management of international, complex large-scale projects and competent contact person for customers and suppliers.
- Responsibility of projects as a general contractor starting from sales support throughout implementation and handover to CS (Customer Service).
- Coordination of internal and external Project Team as well as Stakeholder Management.
- Responsibility for compliance with the quality, deadlines and profitability of the overall project.
- Ongoing optimization and monitoring of technical and commercial aspects as well as key milestones.
- Overall responsibility for achieving the defined project goals.
Application Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering or comparable courses of study.
- Several years of experience in the international project business of plant engineering, preferably in the field of intralogistics.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, PMI, IPMA or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Great communication skills combined with ability of leading high performing project teams.
- Fluent in French and English language.
- High degree of initiative, self motivation and perseverance.
- Communicative and empathetic personality with experience in conflict management and team building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
