The Manager Controls Engineering leads a team of Controls Engineers and Controls Technicians assigned to performing controls design & development, on-site implementation and commissioning of controls intensive project activities, and providing Level 2 & Level 3 support of electro-mechanical and controls incidents and problems being managed by the global helpdesk. The manager is responsible for the management and scheduling of Customer Service controls resources, and they are accountable for assuring project implementation work performed by their team is completed within agreed project budgets, deadlines, and quality standards. The Manager Controls Engineering assumes a high level of ownership for the hiring, retention, and development of the Customer Service Controls Team.Short Facts
