Make an impact

  • The Head CS Modernization EMEA is providing, along with your team, modernization and small extension
  • concepts based on the asset potential. You collaboratively elaborate the LifeCycleStrategy for subsystems within the CS management team and the Tech Center (TC).
  • You define the modernization and small extension concepts following the LifeCycleStrategy including the calculation model,
  • assessment model, and sales presentation templates in alignment with TC and Operations.
  • You review the local potential together with the Head Customer Service where the modernization candidates are identified with the local modernization teams in agreement with the local CS account management.
  • You are responsible for managing and maintaining good data quality of the subsystem asset within EMEA in collaboration with the local modernization teams covering aspects of obsolescence, safety and norms.
  • You identify synergies and business opportunities within the EMEA installed base asset, defines, and harmonizes effective standard processes and organizational set-ups within EMEA including concepts, methods, processes, forms, templates with focus on subsystem modernization.
  • You are measured on the profit and loss of the EMEA Modernization projects and volumes

Bring to the team

  • 3 – 5 years experience as a manager in a technical service environment inclusive of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated leader with track record of training excellence and oversight skills
  • Prepare a strategy to fulfil the business plans for CS (Customer Service) Modernization business
  • 3 – 5 years experience in the retrofit business
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Management
  • Excellence in English
