Our Global Trainee Program has a flexible start- but latest possible start date is by end of August / beginning of September 2024. 

This role would be based out of our Mason, OH or Newport News, VA office.

Application Requirements

To join us in Design & Engineering, working with and learning from expert colleagues in our Solution Design, System Engineering, and Simulation team you’ll need:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Automation, Systems-Management Engineering,
    Supply chain & Logistics, or equivalent.
  • Foundation-level skills in analytics, layout, and design (AutoCAD, Revit, Emulate3D)
  • You are enthusiastic about traveling (office and site-based) and enjoy contributing to a great team spirit.
