Make an impact
- Work in SAP and Zendesk ticketing system to ensure all Warranty and RMAs requests are process in a timely and accurate manner
- Process Warranty claims, RMAs, quotations, sales order, and PO within our SAP system
- Create and maintain material master, pricing and vendor records in our SAP System
- Evaluate vendor performance, pricing, and lead times to facilitate the fastest fulfilment of Warranty and RMAs orders
- Expedite vendors POs for urgent Warranty claims and RMA requests.
- Maintain and monitor the repaired parts stock (Extra Stock).
- Research part numbers and discretions for Swisslog and non-Swisslog equipment
- Effectively communicate with customer to efficiently satisfy spare part requests
Bring to the team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) especially EXCEL
- Demonstrates problem solving, time management skills to plan and implement multiple tasks simultaneously.
