To lead the project team and manage activities throughout all phases of the project including contract negotiation, design/engineering, production control, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration and acceptance tests of Automated Material Handling System.

Roles:
(-)Plan, execute and control project activities and deliverables to ensure projects meeting the budget, time schedule, quality and technical performance target.(-)
(-)Elaborate contracts with subcontractors, minimizing risks for Swisslog.(-)
(-)Keep updated lists of outstanding items, correspondence with the relevant interfaces (customer, subcontractors, co-suppliers).(-)
(-)Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients, and submit project status reports to management.(-)
(-)Prepare, manage and keep updated the official project time schedule with reference to Swisslog supplies and the relevant customer milestones.(-)
(-)Maintain strong and healthy relationship with the customers and suppliers.(-)
(-)On-site consultation / assistance at customer meetings, with the support of the site manager (if any).(-)
(-)Identify and increase project benefit and prevent project or commercial risks via appropriate risk management.(-)

Bring to the team

What we need in you:
(-)Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent.(-)
(-)Minimum 7 years of work experience, preferably in the heavy industries, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.(-)
(-)Strong leadership, planning skills, analytical skills and decision making skills.(-)
(-)Matured, self-driven, proactive, flexible and results oriented.(-)
(-)A team player with strong customer focus.(-)
(-)Strong awareness towards the significance of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.(-)
(-)Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.(-)
(-)Familiar with project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Primavera.(-)
(-)Proficiency in spoken and written English.(-)
(-)Willing to travel overseas on short notice.(-)
