Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • You will communicate with our applicants and answer initial questions.
  • You will schedule and coordinate telephone, video-based and face-to-face interviews.
  • You maintain the candidate profiles in our applicant management system and create employment contracts.
  • You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and other stakeholders.
  • For some positions you will support our Talent Acquisition Managers in EMEA with active sourcing, using mainly LinkedIn, and help us ensure finding the right candidate, as well as supporting with the initial steps of our recruitment process for some vacancies.
  • Thinking outside the box: We will be happy if you are also open to being involved in ongoing HR projects and other HR topics and will be assigned subtasks/projects.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics with a focus on HR or similar and can commit 15-20 hours per week. We are flexible in how you distribute your hours and days to accommodate your schedule in school as well. Aiming towards a good Work Life Balance.
  • Commercial training or initial experience in HR or recruitment is desirable.
  • You are enthusiastic, have a talent for organisation and enjoy working independently and in a structured manner.
  • You are a team player, sociable and confident in using MS Office products.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a confident way of expressing yourself when formulating texts in emails, letters and job advertisements.
  • You are fluent in German and English and have good communication skills.
