Responsibilities

Make an impact

We are looking for a Field Service Team Leader to lead our field service engineers and ensure the successful execution of service operations. The field service team is responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of automated warehouses at our customer’s locations in the Benelux. The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating service assignments and ensuring that all service activities are completed efficiently and effectively.   Your tasks include:
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team of +/- 12 field service technicians and a planner. 
  • Managing the P&L of the Field Service Benelux segment including cost center management and ensuring cost-efficient operations.
  • Ensure the execution of the services with regard to the agreed conditions in terms of schedule, quality, costs, profit margin and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving improvements and further developments of processes, tools and practices based on customer feedback and internal performance and quality measurements.
  • Coordinate service assignments based on customer needs and priorities, in close collaboration with the planner and other stakeholders. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians to resolve complex issues and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field service technicians and providing feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and wherever possible enhance and expend the collaboration, together with the account managers. 

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Further education in electrical / mechanical / automation engineering
  • Experience with managing a team of technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
