The Sr. Site Manager is a key member of the project team during the construction and installation phase for larger scale projects as determined by multiple factors including but not limited to overall manpower, subsystems, duration, valuation, etc.. The Sr. Site Manager provides the leadership onsite to ensure a safe environment is maintained, and work is completed in a profitable and timely manner by developing and maintaining good working relations while representing Swisslog's interests in dealing with the client, suppliers and third parties on site and off, and also working directly with the greater Swisslog Project and Site Services Teams. Depending on project scale, the Sr. Site Manager may also be accompanied by a 2nd full time Site Manager in which case the Sr. Site Manager represents the primary responsible Site Manager with the other in the support role.
