Make an impact
- Work within our Zendesk ticketing system to ensure all customer spare parts requests are process in a timely and accurate manner
- Process sales order and purchase orders within our SAP system
- Create and maintain material master, pricing and vendor records in our SAP System
- Evaluate vendor performance, pricing, and lead times to facilitate orders
- Research part numbers and discretions for Swisslog and non-Swisslog equipment
- Track inventory and initiate restocking orders
- Effectively communicate with customer to efficiently satisfy spare part requests
- Prepare and present pricing and Leadtime offers for spare parts
Bring to the team
- Analyzes data and information to develop solutions and improve processes
- Uses technical knowledge and experience acquired to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) especially EXCEL
- Demonstrates problem solving, time management skills to plan and implement multiple tasks simultaneously.
