Responsibilities
- Take ownership of sections in forecasting and budgeting
- Drive periodic close activities and reporting tasks
- Monitor and analyze customer project performance
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering hubs and peer controllers across multiple countries
- Partner with supply chain teams on cash planning and working capital reporting
- Support tariff exposure analysis and data collection for development projects
- Continuously improve tools, routines, and processes for better efficiency
Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5–7 years in controlling, financial analysis, or related roles
- Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and working capital management
- In addition, you are fluent in English. Other languages like Swedish, German or Mandarin are meritious.
