Responsibilities

Make an impact

This position is responsible for the successful implementation of SEA Regional's sales strategies, in particular, to be fully responsible of the execution of the agreed sales objectives in Vietnam. He/ She is responsible to identify target industry segments and customers, develop and execute action plan to generate sales leads, develop qualified sales opportunities and eventually secure the orders.  
  • To be fully responsible in meeting all agreed sales and financial targets.
  • To be responsible for planning and implementing business development and sales activities.
  • To develop a business plan for her market growth including setting of key financial targets.
  • To be responsible for developing solid and qualified sales funnel in order meet sales targets.
  • To ensure the accuracy of sales forecast based on solid sales funnels/ hot prospects.
  • To lead the entire sales process from initial contact with potential customers until closing of sales.
  • To ensure sales processes are executed in accordance to Swisslog quality guidelines.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationship with customers/partners/suppliers in order to achieve continuous business revenue from the customers/partners/suppliers.
  • To conduct presentations to potential customers and be able to promote the unique selling proposition of Swisslog.
  • To continuously monitor competitor activities and maintain an up to date competitor analysis.
  • To collaborate with regional marketing and be responsible for implementing all agreed marketing effort.
  • To identify and implement continuous improvement process/action in order to increase sales efficiency and hit rate.
  • To support Regional Sales team in achieving regional sales targets.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Study and any equivalent. 
  • Minimum 3 years of integrated systems/ solutions/ technical or project sales experience with proven sales track record.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical. Able to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept and proposed solutions to customers.
  • Able to work independently with strong commercial, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a cross-functional and multinational environment
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written English.
  • Able to travel both domestically and overseas for business meetings, even on short notice.
