Responsibilities

Make an impact

The P&O Administrator is responsible for managing and optimising HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience. This role requires high accountability in areas such as Success Factors, background screening checks, onboarding, order and distribute uniforms, reward & recognition – service acknowledgement & birthdays, above & beyond awards, engagement activities and planning, recruitment & selection, culture initiatives (e.g., summer party), administration, and mandatory compliance (policies).

What you need to succeed
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Administer and maintain HR systems, including SuccessFactors, SAP including SIVIS.
  • Generate and oversee background screening checks to support recruitment process.
  • Assist onboarding process to ensure employees experience is informative and engaging.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate purchasing of branded uniforms for including the distribution and inventory management.
  • Other administration tasks related to HR functions.
