Responsibilities
- Organize Swisslog’s presence at events and trade shows, following corporate design guidelines
- Plan, execute, and optimize Swisslog organized and Swisslog sponsored events.
- Implement local events, ensuring collateral and assets (invitation communications, online event listings, registration requirements etc.) are executed on time and on-brand.
- Ensure the standardization of external events across EMEA, and alignment with other events.
- Organize and coordinate the necessary technology demo travel and logistics to support DACH events, in collaboration with Swisslog's Product & Solution marketing.
- Conduct post-event reviews and socialize key learnings, ROI, and attendee follow-up to determine event success.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues across the globe to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
- Ad-hoc marketing administration.
