As an important part of our Americas HR team you will lead the execution of our HR roadmap and align global processes within our region while maintaining our various HR systems.

This role will be based out of our Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities

  • Leads process execution of annual HR roadmap
  • Provides data analysis as appropriate
  • Creates HR dashboards
  • Administrative Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Master data maintenance SAP PHR, SAP InA, and UKG
  • Systems administration
  • Adjustment of organizational structure in various HR systems (UKG, PHR, InA)
  • Creation of SAP tickets/SAP HR key users
  • Manages application requests for SAP rights with SIVIS
  • Time data preparation SAP & UKG
  • Certification (creation of change, additional and secondary employment agreements)
  • Proactively partners with Shared Services to address regional issues
  • Project manage key HR initiatives for the region
  • Manages monthly headcount reconciliation with Finance
  • Manages workforce planning process for region
  • Manages HR self-audit aligned with internal controls
  • Creates and delivers HR operations training as needed
  • Leads monthly “HR Delivers” meetings for managers
  • Manages Payroll process (personnel forms, salary adjustments, surcharges, bonuses, etc.)
  • Manages foreign talent assignments and VISA application process
  • Manages annual HR policy updates
  • Manage external market compensation analysis
  • Lead and/or Support PM/VSA annual process
  • Global liaison for annual engagement survey prep, rollout, action planning
  • Partners with HRBP team to proactively address internal stakeholder HR ops needs
  • Partner with Finance to support annual budgeting process
  • Supervision of interns
  • Analyzes employee Exit and Stay data
  • Apprentices
    • Interviews Introduction of dual studies
    • Monthly feedback discussions with training officers or trainers/trainees
  • Planning trainee events/seminars

Application Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree Human Resource or Business degree
  • 3-5 years HR Operations experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR Systems  (ie: SAP, PHR, UKG)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
