Responsibilities
- Inspire, develop, and empower your team by fostering an open, inclusive, and value-based culture where appreciation and performance go hand-in-hand.
- Support leaders in becoming strong people developers, fostering a culture of trust, learning, and engagement.
- Work closely with the German management team, acting as a trusted strategic partner on all P&O matters.
- Partner with global and regional P&O teams to translate strategic goals into locally relevant actions that drive impact.
- Ensure smooth HR service delivery, including HR administration and payroll, through effective team leadership.
- Promote data integrity and use insights to guide decision-making and improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, guiding teams through transformation with empathy and clarity.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contributing to a positive, transparent, and collaborative work environment.
- Coach and develop talent to future-proof our organization and ensure growth opportunities at every level.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – that reflects our identity as an employer of choice.
Application Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, or HR Business Partner, including demonstrated leadership experience.
- Solid expertise in employee relations and labor law compliance – ideally within both white- and blue-collar workforces.
- Proven experience operating in a matrixed, global or regional organization, with the ability to align broad strategies to local realities.
- A strong track record in leading organizational change – whether it’s cultural transformation, restructuring, or driving HR operational excellence.
- Additional training or certification in Health & Safety is a strong plus, as is experience with budget setting and financial oversight.
