The Knowledgebase Content Administrator will develop and maintain knowledgebase submission processes, and review processes. Will maintain knowledgebase (kb) repository, and develop and maintain Global Helpdesk knowledgebase (kb) standard operating procedures.

- Ensure that KB’s are reviewed and validated per the GHD KB policy

Necessary Experience / Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology related field
- Experience managing a knowledge base
- Experience working with key personnel
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (desired)
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce Ticketing systems (desired)
- Time Management Skill
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Certified (desired)
