We are seeking a dedicated candidate to manage and develop the area of Field Service in Sweden and Denmark. In this role you will be responsible for the Field Service team in Sweden and Denmark, all responsible for supplying our customers with he best possible service and ensuring strong customer relationships.   Your main responsibilities will be: 
  • You will manage, motivate and develop Field Service engineers within a specific region (SWE and DK) within agreed and budgeted targets.
  • You will ensure existing customer contracts are managed effectively, and support in advising your team and customers on Swisslog’s portfolio.
  • Together with Account Managers you will support your team to identify future opportunities to further develop customer relationships and expand the customer offerings.
  • Together with other Field service Teams in the Nordics you will collaborate regarding resource planning and competence development.
  • You will be a regional process owner as well as owner of other Service related tools (calculation, resource planning, maintenance plans) and pursue new business opportunities as and when they arise
  • As a leader of teams working on call and needing to find solution to acute problems, this will also require flexibility from the position holder.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • It is essential that the successful candidate has formal training/qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in both English and Swedish and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • We believe that the successful candidate has previous experience of managing a team and several years of working experience in an industrial environment as electrician, mechanic or similar role.
  • We find it meritorious if you also hold a certificate in Safety & Health regulations and experience in setting and controlling budgets.
  The successful candidate communicates openly, effectively and consistently with all different stakeholders, both internal and external. You have a relationship-building approach and understand the importance of building long term and strong relationships.
