Responsibilities
- You will make sure customer system operation is always kept to the maximum, ensuring adherence to all the relevant instructions and technical standards.
- You will act as Swisslog’s public face, maintaining strong customer relationships and planning service activities in close collaboration with the customer to ensure high satisfaction and system uptime.
- You will identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades and communicate these to relevant stakeholders within Swisslog.
- You understand the importance of Health and Safety regulations and make sure you always conduct your work in a safe matter.
Application Requirements
- Several years of experience as a service technician, preferably within electronics or automation
- Good technical knowledge in areas like electronics, control systems, mechanics, or pneumatics
- A technical degree or vocational certificate in a relevant field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to solving problems
- Experience with documentation and reporting
- Confidence using different computer systems and handling administrative task
- A valid driver’s license
- Physical readiness and comfort working at heights
- You are fluent in English and in any Scandinavian language, both spoken and written.
