Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Maintain office supplies, both tracking supplies on hand and ordering
Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including ordering business cards, copying, scanning, filing, editing, printing and binding documents, etc.
Coordinate routine maintenance of copiers and printers. Including ordering supplies, placing services calls, replacing necessary ink cartridges
Ship domestic and international materials and small packages using FedEx, UPS, DHL and Postal Services.
Support the Executive Administrative Assistant in planning and scheduling appointments and events as needed.
Support the Project Management Team as needed
Process Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders in SAP.
Monitor purchase orders and obtain order confirmation.
Bring to the team
At least 3 years of experience working in the purchasing department; ideally in an industrial environment
