The software intelligently coordinates autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), using AI for process planning, optimization, and easy start-up. The AI-based fleet management software enables seamless navigation through complex warehouse environments, including dynamic obstacles, personnel, doorways, and elevators, with the mapping of numerous scenarios. By replanning routes in real time, the AMR fleet ensures smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the system supports VDA 5050 compatibility, ensuring standardized communication between heterogeneous AMR fleets and master control systems, and enhancing interoperability and scalability across multiple vendors and platforms.
Swisslog supports integration with higher-level host systems, such as our own warehouse management system SynQ. Integrating the IntraMove fleet management software into SynQ provides further capabilities:
