
Project Manager AutoStore

We are seeking a dedicated candidate for the position of Project Manager within our AutoStore Business Unit. You will be responsible for project management for AutoStore focused projects within our Nordic region, but possibly for other European countries as well. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all projects are performed correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical aspects, timing and financial aspects. You will be part of an AutoStore project management team in Europe and reporting to the Head of Project Management Europe. For this position it is possible work from our Partille Office- or be based remotely through Home Office in a Nordic country.

Make an impact
▪You will ensure adherence to all the relevant instructions and PM standards for AutoStore focused projects.
▪You will be responsible for coordination, monitoring and reporting of project progress for multiple projects.
▪You will establish, manage, and motivate mixed (Swisslog and client), cross-functional realization project teams.
▪You will be responsible for making sure that all AutoStore project specifications (layout, functional, acceptance test specifications, etc.) are timely issued.
▪You will be responsible for stakeholder management and be the external and internal interface for your projects.
Bring to the team
- You have a degree in a relevant technical area or business administration with intralogistics focus.
- You have first hand experience of Project Management and familiar with common PM standards.
- Very good technical understanding and preferably from intralogistics and material handling processes.
- You are an experiences IT user (MS office, CRM & ERP systems).
- You are fluent in English and one Nordic Language.

You have very good communication skills and able to build long-term relationships with team members as well as external stakeholders. You have the ability to motivate and encourage others in your team and strive for a collaborative and supportive work environment. You work in a structured and systematic manner, following procedures and processes. You are service-minded and understand the importance of high customer satisfaction.
