
Head of Spare Parts EMEA

The position holder is responsible for leading the Spare Parts regional teams in EMEA, ensuring the long-term and sustainable development of the team and the provision of services of regional departments within EMEA. You will have Profit & Loss responsibility, ensure compliance with specifications according to budget, costing and resources, as well as being responsible for quality, costs and deadlines of deliveries. You will work with implementation of process adjustments / optimizations and support the implementation of uniform Spare Parts processes in EMEA based on the Global Spare Parts strategy. The position also includes direct responsibility for certain local departments in personal union.

Make an impact
- You will promote, motivate and support the team members within the EMEA regions as well as ensuring the development of your own and the teams technical knowledge.
- In this position you will interface all other CS departments and develop strong collaborations with the Sales, Realization and PC departments. Always ensuring good customer and supplier relationship on the basis of proactive involvement.
- You will report to the Head of CS EMEA and collaborate strongly with the Head of CS Parts Global.
Since the team and departments are located around EMEA, you would be expected to travel within this position.
Bring to the team
- We believe you have a profound technical background, preferably in combination with a degree in Business administration or other relevant field.
- We would consider it meritorious if you have experience working with spare parts and intralogistics.
- You have experience in working closely with customers and with knowledge in purchasing, as well as experience being a leader / team leader.
- You have previous experience working with SAP.
- You are fluent in English and German, and we would consider it meritorious if you speak additional languages.

You have excellent communication skills and good at building long-term relationships with team members as well as client stakeholders. You have strong organizational- and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage others in your team and strive for a collaborative and supportive work environment.
