
Field Service Technician (Torino area)

The position holder shall provide the service as agreed with our customers and shall try all his best to bring a system operation up and running in a reasonable time, which should be as short as possible.
The resource will ensure adherence to all the relevant instructions and technical standards and help the customer to keep the systems in good working condition.

Make an impact
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of our systems
- Assist in commissioning during project implementation phase, provide assistance on siteStand-by service
- Expected to find, cure and analyze faults and propose solutions to avoid technical disturbances in the future
- Seek for sales opportunities
- Conduct training on subject matters with sufficient expertise to internal staff and/or customers/subcontractors suppliers
- Deal promptly with customer enquiries, complaints or problems
- Adherence to company and customer safety regulationsPrepare event and statistical reports

Bring to the team
- Higher education in electrical / mechanical / automation engineering
- Good level of health and fitness and to be able to work safely at height
- Good English skills
- 2 – 5 years as an service technician or technical skills in electrical, instrumental or similar competenc
