UK Service Manager

Make an impact
The UK Service Manager will provide support and assistance to the Account Management team and the CS administration team on matters of service delivery, this including costings and budget control. They will manage the internal quotation process and financial delivery, via the Company’s systems and processes.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of dealing with employee relation issues.
Bring to the team
- 5+ years managerial experience in a technical service environment
- Experience of strategic planning, being able to develop and manage KPI’s and SLA’s
- Experience of MS Office and the confidence to use office packages and databases
