- You work alongside the recruitment strategy for EMEA
- You ensure the filling of your assigned positions including pre selection and initial interviews
- You act as a reliable Active Sourcer and attract the best people to Swisslog
- Local HR and Line Manager are your partners as well as your customers - and you know how to handle it
- Our cooperation partners and headhunters are managed closely by you
- With your ideas you contribute to our recruitment channel development and constant optimisaton of our process and candidate experience
- By market monitoring you ensure, that we start necessary initiatives on time
Bring to the team
- You have completed your studies with a focus on HR, Business Administration or with a technical background
- Active Sourcing is your passion, and you are proud of your success rates
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
- You are confident in handling a bigger amount of vacancies in parallel
- You enjoy working within international teams and organisations
- Building up strong candidate relations is key for you and you have a good understanding of hard to fill profiles (e.g. Engineers for Software and Controls, Project and Site Managers, Customer Support roles)
- Fluent English and German skills round off your profile, additional languages are a benefit
