He/She also supports and collaborates with other project team members during the different phases of the projects: the Software Technical Leader, Software Solution Architect, SW Department Manager, GC Project Manager.
The SW PM is prioritizing the SW backlog and is involved in defining the iterations content.
During operation he/she will provide direct remote and on-site SW support, collaborating with Swisslog organization (Help Desk and SW Engineering) in order to provide the necessary support to the customers according to the contracts.
It’s required availability to receive calls and connect via VPN according to specific service level agreements.
Make an impact
- Leading the software process by managing the SW requirements from the Sales phase, to the Realization phase (specs review, SW test, and integration) to System support after project delivery.
- Working alongside the customer, sales team, and design team to find, present, demonstrate, describe, and estimate solutions for potential projects.

•To undertake the delivery of a defined part of a project, including design, implementation, testing, integration (in-house and on-site) and documentation
•Test and support off-shore developed software systems
•Willingness to travel and to be on longer business trips
Technical knowledge & planning
•To contribute to the definition of project designs and the project development process, as requested
•To maintain an awareness of new and related technologies
•Follow common team goals and sub-ordinate individual preferences
•To proactively work to develop and maintain good working relationships within the department, company and customers
•To adhere to the appropriate process methodologies, as defined by the Swisslog Software community and Company quality procedures
•To fully document all requirements definition testing to the required standards
•Ensure responsibility is taken with regard to work packages, including costs are met, and tasks are scheduled appropriately and are produced as per the company’s quality standards
