You will work within the department of Customer Service Nordic and as part of a team of four people, all responsible for supplying our customers with the right spare parts. The successful candidate will manage and ensure that parts are ordered for delivery to the customer, provide invoicing, freight and shipping documentation.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will hold a key role and have the opportunity to contribute to the entire business. You will develop quotes for spare parts for existing systems, but also in connection with the commissioning of new customer facilities.
Bring to the team
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is preferable. Applicants must communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all different stakeholders, both internal and external.
We believe that the successful candidate works independently and be able to take initative as well as having an analytical mindset and be good with numbers. You have a relationship-
building approach and understand the importance of building long term and strong relationships.
To succeed in the role it is important that you have good writing and speaking skills in English and Swedish.
