- Greet visitors, ensure that they are signed in correctly and adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Responding to user requests for information
- Assisting customers in finding their way around the office.
- Take messages for employees from customers/other members of staff and forward to the appropriate person
- Handling incoming calls and forwarding them to recipients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise and archive documents
- Arrange appointments and meetings
- Preparing meeting and training rooms
- Carry out additional administrative functions
