Make an impact

Customer Service Administrator. The role is based in Redditch. Excellent company benefits to include 25 days holiday, plus stats, company contributory pension scheme and private healthcare.

•To liaise with customers, suppliers and internal service providers based in the UK and abroad to delivery support and services for Swisslog Customer Service.
•Purchasing Order Processing including purchase requisitions for Spare Parts via SAP.
•Ordering all parts goods online where applicable.
•Chasing and checking all order confirmations and keeping supplier records up to date including confirmation and delivery details.
•Chasing all outstanding parts orders.
•Goods in / Goods Out for all Swisslog departments.
•Ordering of all stock room items i.e., tape, boxes, bags etc.
•Undertaking stock checks when required.
•Checking and coding UK courier invoices monthly plus any international courier invoices.
•To support all CS departments including Spare Parts and Service Desk liaise with customers/suppliers and Swisslog staff daily to deliver first class Customer Service.

Bring to the team

•Excellent communication skills.
•Fluent (written, oral) in English language.
•Educated to GCSE Maths and English as standard.
•Experience of SAP and MS Office and the confidence to use office packages and databases.
•A person who can take responsibility for his/her actions.
•Someone that can adapt to new and changing demands and situations.
•You will be able to plan and organise multiple tasks or projects.
