Global Wellbeing Policy

The health and wellbeing of our colleagues is Swisslog’s main priority, therefore it is vital that we take the lead in implementing measures to create a culture of wellness and to raise awareness of this important subject.

Our Global Wellbeing Policy demonstrates our commitment and raises awareness within the workplace through wellness training for our team and implementing tools and resources to support every colleague.

To ensure our team has the best access to resources supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, we've put in place a range of trainings and activities such as:

  • Mental Health First Aid training
  • Fitness challenges
  • Wellbeing months focused on different areas of wellness each week

Teambuilding Activities

Bringing our colleagues together to celebrate their dedication and accomplishments has always been ingrained in Swisslog culture, but especially since work has moved to more virtual settings.
