2. Participation Overview

The “Ready for the Next Stacking Challenge” (“Promotion”) is a global prize draw promoted on LinkedIn. Participants enter by playing the stacking game, commenting their score on the relevant LinkedIn post, and being a follower of the Swisslog page at the time of winner selection.

3. Purpose

The Promotion is designed to encourage engagement with Swisslog’s ‘Ready for the Next’ campaign through participation in an interactive game and entry into a prize draw. 

4. Participation Period

• Opens: 25 June, 9:00AM BST
• Closes: 9 July, 9:00AM BST

 

Entries received outside this period will not be considered in the prize draw. 

5. Eligibility

• Open to those aged 18 and over 
• Must participate from their own LinkedIn account 

 

Employees of Swisslog, its affiliates, agencies and anyone professionally connected are excluded from participation. 

Participation is free of charge and not linked to any monetary purchase. 

6. How to enter:

To enter the Promotion: 

1. Play the Ready for the Next Stacking Challenge via: swisslog.com/StackingGame

2. Take note of your final score 

3. Comment your score on the official LinkedIn post announcing the Promotion. 

4. Follow the Swisslog company LinkedIn page here: linkedin.com/company/swisslog

• Swisslog reserves the right to request reasonable proof of the score (e.g. screenshot). 
• Only one entry per participant is permitted. 
• If multiple comments are submitted, only the first valid entry will be considered.

 

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from those who submitted comments during the participation period. 

Swisslog reserves the right to disqualify entries in case of: 

• manipulation of the game 
• use of bots, scripts, or unfair means 
• misleading or unverifiable submissions 

 

The organiser’s decision is final. 

8. Prize

The winner will receive a AutoStore Mini Robot Model Kit with an approximate value of EUR 25 

Number of winners: 1  

The prize: 

• is non-transferable 
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives 

 

9. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via LinkedIn direct message within a reasonable period after the competition ends.  

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Swisslog reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

10. Prize Delivery

Winners may be required to provide additional details (e.g. email, shipping address). The prize will be shipped within one week of confirmation. Swisslog is not responsible for incorrect details provided. 

Swisslog reserves the right to exclude certain countries due to legal or logistical constraints. 

Swisslog is not responsible for: 

• customs duties, import taxes, or local restrictions 
• shipping delays outside its reasonable control 

 

11. Data Protection

Personal data (e.g. LinkedIn username and shipping details) will be processed solely for the purpose of executing the competition and delivering the prize. 

Data will: 

• not be used for other purposes 
• not be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for shipping 
• be deleted after completion of the competition, unless legal retention obligations apply

12. Liability

Swisslog shall not be liable for: 

• technical errors or game malfunctions 
• interruptions of the LinkedIn platform 
• lost, delayed, or invalid entries 
• shipping issues outside its control 

 

13. Right to Modify or Terminate

Swisslog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for valid reasons, in case of technical or legal issues.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. 

15. Applicable Law

This competition is governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law rules.
