ACPaQ = Automated Case Picking / Packing & SynQ

ACPaQ is a universally applicable solution for fully automated order picking of mixed case pallets based on customer requirements. SynQ software and the Load Building Manager orchestrate the process, while proven technologies such as ProMove pallet conveyors, Vectura pallet stacker cranes and CycloneCarrier shuttle systems support reliable material flow throughout the solution.

Key benefits of ACPaQ mixed case palletizing

Reliable order fulfillment

Robotic order picking improves picking quality and quantity and eliminates errors through manual picking. The unique gripper supports gentle handling of different package types.

Higher efficiency and lower labor costs

Using multi-axis robotic grippers, ACPaQ can handle multiple cases per move and therefore has a higher throughput capability than any other automation provider.

Flexible and scalable design

The modular design enables growing operations to increase capacity and efficiently manage peak demand and is also designed for brownfield applications.

Fast project simulation

When the required input data is available, simulation results can be delivered in less than two weeks to accelerate project planning.

ACPaQ mixed case palletizing capabilities

RowPaQ combines a KUKA palletizing robot with a unique four-fork row gripper. The gripper can handle multiple cases, including units with different dimensions, and place the four units at different positions on the pallet.

Cases are buffered and released in the sequence required to create stable mixed case pallets and fulfill customer-specific orders.

SynQ manages the ACPaQ system, selects the cases required for order fulfillment, creates retrieval orders and activates the corresponding equipment movements.

The ACPaQ butterfly concept uses a mirrored two-wing layout for inbound and outbound streams. This balanced, modular process flow reduces congestion and processing delays, improves material flow and throughput, and enables fast operator access through shorter walking distances.
