Swisslog France appoints Stefan Raphael Mahler as Managing Director and VP of Sales

Stefan succeeds Philippe Dugougeat, who is departing Swisslog to pursue a new leadership opportunity outside the organization. During his tenure, Philippe played a pivotal role in building a strong French team and cultivating trusted relationships with key partners. His contributions have laid a solid foundation for Swisslog’s continued success in the French market. 

Stefan joins Swisslog France, whilst continuing his role as Managing Director and Director of Sales in Switzerland, where he has been leading Swisslog’s operations since May 2024. His experience in Switzerland positions him uniquely to lead Swisslog France into its next chapter of growth and innovation. 

He will be instrumental in driving Swisslog’s strategic vision forward in France bringing a wealth of international leadership experience and a dynamic approach to his new role while creating synergy between the two Swisslog’s entities.   

Stefan Mahler brings extensive experience and a solid background in sales within technology companies. Before joining Swisslog, he held various international management positions in the fields of logistics and medical technology. With his expertise in strategic business development, he will strengthen Swisslog's position as the market leader in automated logistics solutions.

In close collaboration with the French leadership team, Stefan will focus on strengthening operational stability and ensuring consistent performance, while embedding Swisslog’s long-term vision into day-to-day activities.
