Project Coordinator

The CS Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting CS PMs and overall CS management effort to execute CS projects as per Swisslog Software and Retrofit Realization Process by providing project data, creating project reports, KPIs and metrics as directed CS Project Managers as well as other CS Management.

The CS Project Coordinator will carry out the duties described in this document supporting CS PM team in driving value, standardization, cost effectiveness and supportability of the CS’s software and retrofit offering across Swisslog WDS Americas for all its customers.

The CS Project Coordinator also executes other Project or Office tasks and duties as assigned by CS Management.

Wat je bij ons bereikt

Weekly follow up with all CS resources time entry, checking SAP and Library Manager

Create weekly time sheet reports from SAP and weekly time reports from Library manager in order to prepare weekly Project Time Entry Alignment report between SAP and Library Manager for CS PMs and CS RE Director use.

Prepare monthly SAP (CJI3) reports per CS Project assisting CS PMs monthly reporting activities

Assist project PMs in creating raw SAP (CJI3) summary reports and then manually sort them up per CS team group WBS code or per specific WBS code as requested by CS PMs or CS management

Keep track and update overall Quality Gates completion spreadsheet, publish once a month prior to PPR

Create other schedule or ad hock project reports as assigned by CS PMs or CS Management

Assist PMs preparing project POs to be submitted to procurement, follow up on shipping, material delivery, ATO procurement, warehouse inventory management, spare parts list generation, etc …

Assist CS Management and Key Account Coordinator with TWD and documentation processes, vendor relations, quoting, purchase orders, and invoicing processes

Assist CS Operations Coordinator as assigned by Management

Assist CS Management with service calls and coordination as required

Assist PMO by driving and controlling data analysis, PM controls, integration utilization on projects, time entry, financial execution, scheduling, interdepartmental communications as required by monitored metrics
Execute other tasks and duties as assigned by Management

•Feedback from other teams, departments and business units interacting with you is favorable
•Project Performance Review reports are accurate and complete and are issued in a timely manner
•Project Status reports are issued in a timely manner and are accurate, complete and of a high quality

Competence
•Proficiency in MS Office applications\
•Must have good communication skills, such as writing, listening and speaking
•Desire to continuously develop his/her skills and knowledge
•Ability to multitask and deliver assigned tasks on or before agreed deadlines
