The CS Support (Contractor) is a dynamic position that includes support of various CS groups as determined by need and CS Leadership. This involves support of the CS Executive Administrative Assistant and Human Resource Business Partner, to include data input and tracking, invoice reconciliation, mailing outbound items, covering inbound phone calls, and other tasks as needed. In addition, this role would also support the Field Service Manager (FSM) and Field Service Coordinator (FSC) in tasks to include data archiving, employee asset management, Field Service Engineer communications, and support. The CS Support Contractor will be responsible for the accurate collection and archiving of Daily Site Reports from Field Service Teams, as well as supporting the FSC with additional time-sensitive needs.

The CS Support Contractor must possess proven written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Accounting and/ or strong math skills are required. Attention to detail is critical.

Bring to the team

Essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a successful Administrative support or Customer facing service role.
