Make an impact

The ICT Supporter will provide 1st level technical support and assistance to our UK internal employees using computer hardware, standard desktop applications and software applications. The ICT Supporter will troubleshoot and will conduct problem determination to be able to identify the problem source and resolution - working closely with the 2nd level support.

The successful candidate will be accountable for installing, maintaining and administrating the PC’s, notebooks, and mobile devices whilst being responsible for proper cabling, patching and mounting of servers and network components.

The ICT Supporter will also manage the financial aspect of telephone billing, working closely with the appointed supplier to ensure billing and statements are addressed correctly.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide basic user training for Windows, E-Mail, Office 365, Telephone. The IT Supporter will be responsible for maintaining an updated inventory list to include all user equipment and to ensure the replacement cycle is current and in order. 

Bring to the team

It is essential that the successful candidate has qualification(s) within Information Technology, alongside IT Support experience. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has experience within a Global Desk organisation and understands the ITIL framework.  

Applicants must communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholder groups.
